Job Title: Executive Chef


As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the culinary operations of our restaurant located in Muharraq. Your role will involve creating innovative and delicious menus, managing kitchen staff, and ensuring high-quality food and service for our guests.

Responsibilities:
- Develop seasonal menus that showcase creative and unique dishes while also meeting budgetary requirements
- Train and supervise kitchen staff to ensure consistency and excellence in food preparation
- Oversee inventory management, including ordering supplies and controlling waste to maintain profitability
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with management to plan special events or promotions
- Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure guest satisfaction
- Stay updated with industry trends, ingredients, and techniques to continuously improve the menu offerings

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a high-volume restaurant setting
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train a team
- Excellent knowledge of food safety regulations and proper cooking techniques
- Creativity in menu development with a focus on incorporating local flavors and ingredients
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)

Salary: 1600$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
