Waiter/Waitress


We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as a Waiter/Waitress in Medina. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our guests, taking food and drink orders, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience for all.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests upon their arrival
- Present menus and make recommendations based on guest preferences
- Take accurate food and drink orders from guests
- Serve food and drinks to guests in a timely manner
- Check on guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction
- Process payments using POS system
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas and work station
- Assist with opening/closing duties as needed

Requirements:
- Preferably Egyptian nationality with good English speaking skills
- No previous experience required; training will be provided
- Must be able to work well in a team environment and under pressure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Flexible schedule - must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
