Loader Operator

As a Loader Operator in Wiltz, you will be responsible for operating heavy machinery, such as front-end loaders, to load materials onto trucks or into designated areas. You will also be responsible for maintaining and inspecting the equipment, as well as following safety protocols and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate front-end loaders to load materials onto trucks or into designated areas
- Maintain and inspect equipment to ensure proper functioning
- Follow safety protocols and procedures at all times
- Communicate with other team members to coordinate loading processes
- Perform general maintenance and repairs on equipment as needed
- Keep track of inventory levels and report any shortages or issues
- Adhere to company policies and regulations regarding loading operations

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience operating loaders or similar heavy machinery
- Valid license to operate loaders in Wiltz (or willingness to obtain one)
- Strong understanding of safety protocols and procedures related to loading operations
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods of time
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to follow instructions accurately
Salary: $1200 per month
