Job Title: Waiter/Waitress



We are hiring a skilled and experienced Waiter/Waitress to join our team at a busy restaurant in Dickirch. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring guests have a memorable dining experience.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat customers, take their orders, and serve food and beverages
- Ensure tables are set up properly and maintain cleanliness of dining area
- Provide menu recommendations and answer any questions about the menu
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
- Handle payments and process transactions accurately
- Upsell additional items or specials to increase revenue
- Maintain knowledge of all menu items, specials, and restaurant policies

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Waiter/Waitress or similar role in a high-volume restaurant setting
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while remaining calm under pressure
- Basic math skills for handling payments and making change
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift/move heavy trays
- Must have own valid work visa
- Available to work full-time without accommodation
