Hotel Sales Manager in Las Vegas
As a Hotel Sales Manager in Las Vegas, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue for our hotel. Your main goal will be to increase occupancy and generate new business by developing and implementing effective sales strategies. You will also maintain relationships with existing clients, as well as identify and pursue new business opportunities.
To excel in this role, you must have strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as a proven track record in sales. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with the hotel staff to ensure that all sales efforts are aligned with the overall goals of the hotel.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive occupancy and revenue
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking
- Maintain relationships with existing clients through regular communication and excellent customer service
- Collaborate with other departments within the hotel to ensure all sales efforts are aligned with overall goals
- Prepare and present reports on sales performance to senior management
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to make informed decisions about sales strategies
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field preferred
- 2+ years of experience in hotel sales or a related field
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Knowledge of market trends and competitor activity in the hospitality industry
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues at all levels
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
