1. I coordinated the Management and Protection of Information (MPI) of ExxonMobil’s facilities.
2. A team lead in the Environmental, Health and Safety management of the company’s Facilities by carrying out daily inspection, hazard identification and mitigation to ensure that nobody gets hurt.
3. I conducted Occupational Health Safety (OH&S) assessments required by and in compliance with the
Occupational Health and Safety Regulation.

recommendations to ensure compliance.

6. I enforced the use of prescribed Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) on all operations sites during my
official site inspection of company’s facilities.
7. I reviewed and provided recommendations to ensure OH&S regulatory compliance through ongoing review including conducting audits and inspections.
8. Housekeeping Supervisor by coordinating the keeping of the company’s facilities and common areas clean and maintained.
9. Conducted an annual review of my Department's Safety Program.
10. Updated and maintained documentation on training & a training program for ExxonMobil employees.
Managed and documented Departmental staff ergonomic issues/assessments, including ensuring
ergonomics are addressed when relocating/renovating.
11.Provided training to ExxonMobil Departments as per OHS requirements and deliver Safety Talks as required.
12. Conducted relevant annual assessments such as First Aid Assessment and Risk Assessment at
ExxonMobil’s worksites.
13. IMS (Information Management Services) Technical Team-Lead in providing technical information for
Drilling and other Departments in ExxonMobil.
14. I ensured there was total compliance with company’s and external requirements for Records and
Information Management.
15. I implemented and enforced ExxonMobil’s Corporate HSE policy and procedures to ensure operations
are conducted in a safe and efficient manner in compliance with relevant legislation and company and
client requirements.
16.. I carried out prompt closure of all corrective actions from incidents, audits, clients’ and/ or customers’
inspections and/ or complaints.
17..I actively participated in the implementation of Business Continuity Plan (BCP) and disaster recovery
operations.
18. I generated and collated report for KPIs to monitor supply chain performance.
