You will certainly be responsible for the reliable operating of the division in accordance with Hyatt International's Business Strategies and brand name requirements, whilst meeting staff member, visitor and also proprietor assumptions. The Head Chef is accountable to operate as the Production Manager for the Food as well as Drink Department, to ensure that all the electrical outlets and receptions run effectively, in accordance with the requirement of the resort and are independently rewarding.
Certifications
Preferably with a college level or diploma in Friendliness in Food Production. Minimum 2 years function experience as Head Chef, or Executive Chef in larger procedure. Great functional, operational and also appropriate management skills with a panache for creativity are a must.
