Piping / Welding Inspector
Design/ Diploma in Mechanical Design or equal with minimal 8 years of experience in Oil & Gas Industry Certified as welding assessor by AWS or CSWIP-Wl. Quality administration job experience in welding & mechanical construction for Oil & Gas facilities. Verified working understanding of relevant market standards in welding, piping, and devices installation such as ASME IX, ASME VIII, ASME/ANSI B31,.3.31.4/ 31.8, API-686, API RP2A.API-1104 AWS D1.1. Exceptional expertise of relevant international requirements. 5 ~ 6 years experience in assessment ideally in significant cross country pipes. Great understanding in welding including weld inspection, prep work of welding treatments, conducting welder credentials tests and also treatment credentials examinations etc. Comprehensive knowledge of Codes & Standards. Understanding in interpretation of radiographs to appropriate Code. Great understanding and experience to prepare of QC File. Verified full functioning knowledge of high quality system requirements and methods (ISO 9001).
