To function in close co-ordination with the Trainers in aiding the sychronisation of constant value included training services, In order to run qualitative training programs which offer company staff members the chance to develop the knowledge and proficiencies, allowing them to be more reliable in accomplishing their job goals.
Principle Liabilities
Aid in the preparation of Election listings for training, through the resources Efficiency appraisal, Feedback Type, TNA Survey, Shop supervisor requests, human resources Web reports.
Preparation of Participation sheets, name plates & examination sheets.
Make sure students are informed of the training routine one week in development of the training programme through Fax, Telephone and also mail.
Guarantee collection of all training associated data in the suggested layouts based on the training & growth policies and procedures via human resources web or otherwise.
Make sure proper upkeep of training tools in training hall-- Flip graphes, LCD, Markers, Video/Audio facilities, Notepad, Pens, Water, Tea break, Wash area & Lunch break demands.
Put together the attendance records, exterior training invites as well as collect training feedback forms after the training sessions and also record keeping.
Prepare certifications properly get it authorized by Head of the division and file a duplicate of the exact same in staff member personal documents.
Sending participation sheets to pay-roll division for guaranteeing no variance in salary settlements.
Aid in printing, binding and also sending of modified jewellery basics, worker manuals as well as various other training materials to all the outlets/back workplace
