Responsibilities: • Conduct physical, chemical, and analytical tests for projects and provide results in an accurate and timely manner • Interpret quality control test results and make judgments accordingly • Oversee and ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations • Monitor laboratory performance and good laboratory practices • Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on test results • Operate and maintain all appropriate laboratory equipment Qualifications: • Must have 3 years of experience in a similar position • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or closely related field • Excellent knowledge of analytical chemistry processes and scientific principles • Ability to work both independently and with a team • Knowledge of laboratory safety and hygiene
