Executive Chef in Umm-al-Qaiwain, UAE and salary: Job Description: We are looking for an Executive Chef to join our team in Umm-al-Qaiwain, UAE. As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for leading the kitchen team and managing the daily operations and workflow of our kitchen. You will be responsible for creating and implementing menu plans; supervising and motivating staff; maintaining high standards of food preparation and presentation; and minimizing waste and minimizing costs. Requirements for the Candidate: The successful candidate should have a degree or relevant certification in culinary arts and/or a minimum of 4 years’ experience working as a Chef in a high-end restaurant. Previous experience in fine dining is desirable. You should possess excellent communication and leadership skills, creative problem solving ability and an understanding of food cost and budgeting.
