Office assistant in El-Ain, UAE
We are searching for an enthusiastic Office Assistant to join our El-Ain team. The successful candidate must have the ability to function efficiently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and demonstrate excellent organizational and communication skills.
Duties include but are not limited to:
• Greeting and assisting visitors
• Answering and directing phone calls
• Managing voicemail, incoming and outgoing mail
• Coordinating appointments
• Maintaining records and filing documents
• Scheduling meetings and other events
• Updating databases
• Monitoring and ordering office supplies
• Coordinating travel arrangements
The ideal candidate should be reliable, with an attention to detail, have strong data entry and clerical skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office and demonstrate outstanding customer service skills.
