Job Description

The successful applicant will be responsible for:
• Creating and administering individualized medication therapies for patients.
• Interpreting and executing physician's instructions to patients.
• Compounding and labeling medications.
• Receiving, checking and delivering medicine supplies.
• Maintaining patient information data and preparing necessary reports.

Experience Required

• A minimum of 1-2 years
