Job Description: The Executive Chef is responsible for all kitchen operations, including overseeing the daily operations of the kitchen staff and ensuring the highest quality of food service. The Executive Chef will plan, develop, and maintain menus and recipes, create culinary masterpieces and daily specials, track inventory and ordering of ingredients, schedule and manage the kitchen staff, and troubleshoot any operational issues. Requirements: • Chef certification or diploma from a recognised culinary school • At least 4 years’ experience as an Executive Chef or similar role • Exceptional knowledge of national
