The ideal candidate should have extensive experience as a Sommelier in an elite fine-dining establishment, as well as knowledge of international wines and cuisine. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and maintaining an organized wine list to complement the menu options, training staff on wine handling and service, selecting appropriate wines to pair with menu items, managing inventory, and other duties as assigned.
