We are a dynamic and growing business in Doha and we are looking for an experienced and driven Secretary to join our team.

We are offering a highly competitive salary of 1000 per month and we are also willing to consider the candidacy of an immigrant. To be considered for the role you must have a minimum of two years secretarial experience and be capable of working in a fast paced and ever changing environment.

Your primary responsibilities will include providing day-to-day administrative support, managing complex calendaring for multiple executives, preparing agendas, responding to correspondence and fielding telephone calls. Additionally, you will be responsible for coordinating travel arrangements and maintaining executive su ppor t materials.
