This is an opportunity for a professional Secretary to join our team in Al-Kuwait. We are looking for an experienced candidate with at least three years of experience in the area. The successful applicant will be compensated with a salary of 1200 KWD. We are open to considering immigrants for this position.
As a Secretary, your primary role will be to provide administrative and clerical support to the organization. This includes tasks such as answering the phone, providing customer service, organizing files and documents, preparing reports, maintaining records, and other related tasks as needed. You will also be responsible for setting up meetings and appointments, scheduling travel arrangements and meetings, making travel arrangements when needed, entering information into databases or spreadsheets, and other related duties as assigned.
To be successful in this role you must have excellent communication skills both written and verbal; strong organizational skills; ability to work well independently as well as part of a team; knowledge of office procedures; proficiency in a variety of computer software programs such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) etc.; excellent customer service skills; ability to multitask while managing deadlines; accuracy when entering data into computer systems or databases; attention to detail; flexibility with working hours; problem-solving skills; knowledge of office machinery such as fax machines and photocopiers.
