Supervisor Job Opening- Al-Kuwait

We are currently looking for an experienced Supervisor to join our team in Al-Kuwait. Responsibilities:
• Developing strategies for improving efficiency of operations
• Setting goals for the team and monitoring progress towards reaching them
• Ensuring that all team members are adequately trained to perform their duties
• Resolving conflicts between team members or customers in a timely manner
• Communicating effectively with staff, customers, vendors, etc.
• Creating reports on productivity, progress towards goals, and other relevant metrics
• Maintaining high standards of customer service

Demands For The Candidate:
• Bachelor’s degree in business management or related field preferred
• 5+ years of experience in operations or customer service management
• Excellent problem solving skills
• Excellent communication skills • Ability to multi-task effectively • A proven track record of success in managing teams

Skills & Experience Needed: • Strong knowledge of operations management techniques • Working knowledge of customer service principles • Ability to remain calm under pressure • Knowledge of performance metrics analysis techniques • Ability to work independently with minimal guidance • Excellent interpersonal skills • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel)
