We are an expanding cafe in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, looking for an experienced Barista to join our team. Our ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee and customer service excellence. The successful candidate must have excellent communication skills and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
• Prepare hot beverages including coffee, tea and specialty drinks according to company recipes
• Serve customers promptly with quality beverages made according to company standards
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace at all times
• Take customer orders accurately and operate cash registers efficiently
• Adhere to safety standards and maintain quality control during all stages of drink preparation
• Proactively interact with customers in a friendly manner while taking orders or making drinks
• Follow health regulations when preparing drinks or handling food items

Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent is required; culinary school degree is preferred
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to remain professional under pressure
• Knowledge of specialty beverages such as espresso-based drinks and teas is desired
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 40 lbs. as needed
• Previous experience working as a barista or in the foodservice industry preferred but not required
