Project Manager – Dubai

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing projects from concept through to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time and within budget. The individual must have excellent communication and organisational skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and teams. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in project management, ideally within a commercial setting.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of project delivery including planning, budgeting, scheduling, reporting and risk assessment
• Lead cross-functional teams throughout the duration of each project ensuring that all team members are working together efficiently towards the same goal
• Monitor progress against agreed milestones and objectives, taking action when required to ensure that deadlines are met
• Provide regular updates on progress against plans to all stakeholders including clients, senior management and other departments as needed
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of each project team to ensure that tasks are being completed correctly according to plan
• Ensure that resources are used effectively by assessing resource requirements at the start of each project and monitoring throughout its duration
• Identify areas of improvement within each project or process where necessary, making recommendations on changes or improvements that could be made

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Project Management with excellent knowledge of industry best practices
• Strong leadership skills with experience in leading teams from different disciplines with conflicting priorities
• Ability to work independently under pressure while meeting tight deadlines
• Excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• An understanding of software development processes such as Agile/Scrum would be advantageous

The salary for this position is 1200 AED per month. We welcome applications from foreign nationals who wish to work in Dubai.
