Responsibilities
As Restaurant Manager you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the daily operations of the restaurant including: staff management (recruitment, training & development), overseeing customer service processes & standards, monitoring performance & profitability of the restaurant against set targets; ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations; maintaining accurate records; liaising with suppliers; developing marketing strategies to drive business growth; implementing cost control measures; overseeing stock control processes; and resolving customer complaints or issues as they arise.
