We are looking for a Restaurant Manager to join our team and manage our restaurant in Dubai. The ideal candidate is a highly organized professional with excellent communication skills and an understanding of the restaurant industry.

Job Description:
The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for the overall operation of the restaurant, including overseeing all staff, managing budgets and costs, ensuring service standards are met, maintaining inventory, and scheduling shifts. The Manager will also be expected to take on other duties such as conducting training sessions for new staff, monitoring service levels, handling customer complaints/feedback, and creating promotional materials. The ideal candidate must have experience in managing a restaurant or similar food establishment.

The successful candidate must be able to work independently as well as part of a team and have excellent interpersonal skills to interact with customers. Requirements:
• At least 5 years’ experience managing restaurants or similar food establishments
• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
• Strong problem solving & decision making abilities
• Ability to work independently & part of a team
• Ability to multitask & manage multiple tasks at once
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
