Restaurant Manager Job in Dubai
We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, controlling costs, and maintaining the quality of our services.

This position requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills and the ability to stay organized and prioritize tasks. The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of how to optimize restaurant operations, be able to work long hours, and remain dedicated to providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to attract customers
- Coordinate daily customer service operations
- Monitor performance of staff members
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Maintain inventories of supplies and equipment
- Handle customer complaints or issues
- Monitor spending against budgeted costs
- Analyze customer feedback data to inform decision making processes
- Develop promotional campaigns for new menu items or special events
- Oversee recruitment and training of new staff members

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Proficient in MS Office, POS systems, budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis techniques
- Working knowledge of health & safety regulations (HACCP)
- Outstanding communication abilities with both customers and team members
