We are looking for a professional and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, working with the management team to ensure customer satisfaction and staff morale.

The Restaurant Manager must have 1 year of experience in the food and beverage industry. They should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as strong customer service skills. The ideal candidate should be knowledgeable about food safety and hygiene standards, as well as restaurant policies, procedures and regulations.

The main duties of the Restaurant Manager include overseeing all staff members, managing customer relations, monitoring food quality, implementing staff training programs and ensuring that all health and safety regulations are met. Additionally, they will need to manage financial records and create effective marketing strategies to ensure customer loyalty.

The successful candidate must be able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends. They should also have a valid driver’s license and their own transportation. We offer a competitive salary of 1700 per month for this position with additional benefits such as health insurance coverage, bonus opportunities and paid vacation time.
