A restaurant in Dubai is looking for an experienced, detail-oriented Restaurant Manager to join its team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the hospitality industry and a proven track record of successfully managing restaurant operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, including staff management, customer service, budgeting and cost control.

The Restaurant Manager will have an excellent understanding of food safety regulations and standards as well as excellent organizational and communication skills. They should also possess strong problem-solving abilities and demonstrate leadership qualities.

The successful candidate will be expected to ensure that all staff adhere to company policies and procedures. They will also be responsible for developing strategies to increase customer satisfaction while minimizing operating costs. Other duties may include menu development, inventory control and scheduling.

We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, has excellent interpersonal skills, is able to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively, and can take initiative when needed.
