Secretary in Doha, Qatar
We are currently seeking an experienced, organized and motivated Secretary to join our team in Doha. Our ideal candidate will be a team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills who can manage multiple tasks simultaneously and provide support to our organization.
The successful candidate should have a minimum of 3 years’ experience working as a Secretary in a professional environment. It is essential that they have the ability to organize and prioritize tasks, manage workloads efficiently and maintain confidentiality at all times. The role also requires strong computer literacy and the ability to use Microsoft office products confidently.
The Secretary will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team including scheduling meetings, taking minutes, managing emails, sorting incoming mail, ordering supplies and arranging travel/accommodation for staff members. They will also prepare documents such as presentations, spreadsheets, reports and memos as well as coordinate internal events such as workshops or training sessions. The successful applicant should also be able to take dictation accurately and type quickly while maintaining accuracy.
