Barista position in Dubai

We are looking for a qualified Barista to join our team in Dubai. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for coffee and customer service to join an established and thriving business.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service to all customers, preparing and serving a range of beverages according to standard recipes, as well as maintaining a clean and tidy environment within the café.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience working in a café or restaurant setting and possess strong customer service skills. They must be familiar with all types of coffee making equipment, understand how to properly use them, and be able to provide customers with advice on brewing techniques.

The successful candidate must have excellent communication skills, the ability to work independently, and be able to stay calm under pressure in a busy environment. The ability to speak English fluently is essential; any additional language skills are desirable but not essential.
