We are looking for a motivated and reliable Barista to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing unique coffees and other hot beverages, ensuring the smooth daily operations of our café.

To be considered for the role you must possess strong customer service skills, a good understanding of the food and beverage industry, excellent interpersonal skills, and a passion for coffee. Previous experience in barista work is desirable but not required.

The successful candidate must have strong organizational skills with an eye for detail and be willing to learn new skills as needed. You must possess an approachable personality that enables you to build relationships with customers quickly and easily. The ability to stay calm under pressure is essential.

The ideal candidate should have the following qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least one year of barista experience (preferred but not necessary)
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong knowledge of coffee making techniques
• Good understanding of food safety regulations and health codes
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• An enthusiastic attitude towards learning new skills
