We are looking for a professional Barista with excellent customer service skills to join our team in Dubai.

The successful candidate should have a good knowledge of coffee drinks and have some experience in the coffee industry. We are looking for someone who is passionate about coffee and has the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate should be able to create a welcoming atmosphere for customers and ensure that their orders are served quickly and accurately.

The role involves preparing high-quality espresso drinks, including cappuccino, latte, and macchiato, as well as other specialty beverages. The successful candidate must be able to operate espresso machines, grinders, blenders, etc., in accordance with health and safety regulations. They will also be responsible for following recipes and maintaining a clean working environment.

The successful candidate should be polite, friendly and approachable when dealing with customers. They should also possess strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer complaints effectively. A strong work ethic is essential in this role as is the ability to work well as part of a team.
