Business Manager Job in Doha
We are looking for a highly experienced Business Manager to join our team in Doha. This position will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the organization, including setting and achieving business goals, developing strategic plans, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, excellent organizational skills, and an understanding of market trends.

The successful candidate will be expected to:
• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve long-term objectives
• Analyze market trends and make recommendations on changes to strategies
• Monitor progress against plans and goals, taking corrective action when needed
• Manage resources effectively to ensure efficiency of operations
• Oversee the hiring, training, and performance management of employees
• Ensure customer satisfaction by responding to inquiries in a timely manner
• Maintain relationships with key stakeholders such as vendors and suppliers
• Prepare reports on business performance metrics for senior management

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field with 5+ years of experience in business management or similar role.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to make quick decisions in high stress situations.
• Proven track record of successfully achieving objectives through effective planning and execution.
• Ability to develop strategy and execute it across multiple departments.
• Exceptional interpersonal communication skills for dealing with employees at all levels of the organization.
