Office manager in Abu-Dhabi, UAE

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operation of the office, providing administrative support, and ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This role requires an individual with strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication capabilities, as well as a good understanding of business processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Managing general administrative duties such as filing, printing, sorting mail, answering phones and responding to emails
• Assisting in the preparation of reports and presentations
• Scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings
• Developing organizational systems to ensure efficient workflow
• Liaising with vendors such as IT support companies
• Maintaining office supplies inventory
• Handling confidential documents according to established protocols
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
• Proven experience in office management or other relevant experience
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
• Outstanding communication skills both verbal and written
• Immigrant status is acceptable
