Office Manager Job - Abu-Dhabi
We are looking for an experienced and organized Office Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The ideal candidate should have excellent multitasking abilities, communication and organizational skills.
The successful candidate will be responsible for all administrative tasks related to the office operations, including managing office supplies, equipment maintenance, and organizing company files. They will also oversee the office staff and provide support in setting up meetings, preparing presentations and reports, arranging travel plans and other related activities. The ideal candidate should also demonstrate strong customer service skills and be able to develop effective relationships with clients and colleagues.
To qualify for this position, applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience. They should possess advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) as well as excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities. Self-motivation is essential along with the ability to work independently or in a team environment.
