Office Manager
A leading Abu-Dhabi based organization is seeking a dynamic and experienced Office Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in office management and possess strong organizational, administrative, and communication skills.
Job Summary:
The Office Manager is responsible for providing administrative support to the organization, as well as managing day-to-day office operations. This position provides essential services that ensure the smooth running of the organization from answering phones to ensuring that all equipment is properly maintained.
Education/Experience:
A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred for this role. A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in office management is also required. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and other administrative software is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day office operations such as answering phones, managing mail, filing documents, and ordering supplies
• Maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems for records, reports, documents
• Prepare meeting agendas and take minutes during meetings
• Schedule appointments and meetings while coordinating related activities
• Monitor inventory levels of office supplies; place orders when necessary
Required Skills:
• Excellent organizational skills with a strong attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) as well as other software programs as needed
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously • Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision
