Office Manager
We are looking for an experienced Office Manager to join our team at our Abu-Dhabi office. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, have a high level of attention to detail, and be able to work well with all levels of personnel. The Office Manager should also have strong problem solving skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Responsibilities:
• Manage daily operations of the office
• Supervise administrative staff and ensure they complete their tasks in a timely manner
• Manage office supplies inventory and order new supplies when necessary
• Update office policies and procedures as needed
• Monitor performance of administrative staff and provide feedback when necessary
• Ensure all documents are properly filed and stored securely
• Handle any customer inquiries that may arise
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field is preferred but not required
• Proven experience as an Office manager or similar position is preferred but not required
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel)
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
