We are looking for a passionate and motivated Supervisor to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The ideal candidate should have at least three years of experience in a supervisory role, with a proven track record of success. In addition, this individual must be able to demonstrate strong problem solving and communication skills.

The primary responsibility of the Supervisor is to oversee the day-to-day operations of the organization, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and within budget. This includes managing staff and resources, resolving conflicts, and providing support to staff members. The successful candidate will also be responsible for developing processes and procedures that will allow the organization to run efficiently, as well as monitoring performance levels and providing feedback to ensure continued excellence.

In addition, this individual must have excellent organizational and interpersonal skills in order to effectively manage their team. They should also have excellent verbal and written communication skills in order to clearly convey expectations and instructions.
