A Supervisor position is available in Abu-Dhabi with a salary of 1400. We are looking for a motivated individual who can take up this role and help us manage our operations efficiently.

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years' experience of supervising teams in a business setting, as well as a degree or relevant qualification in business management or similar field. They must also be organized and able to handle multiple tasks at once, as well as having excellent communication skills. Proficiency in English is also essential, as well as the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing teams and overseeing the daily operations of the business, including customer service, managing customer complaints, monitoring employee performance, scheduling shifts and ensuring that all staff are following safety protocols. They will also be responsible for providing feedback on employee performance and ensuring that all deadlines are met. In addition, they will be expected to maintain accurate records of team progress and ensure that all tasks are completed on time and to the highest standard.
