We are looking for an experienced Supervisor to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. Our ideal candidate should have previous experience in a supervisory role and must possess a strong understanding of the relevant industry’s regulations, processes, and best practices. This individual must demonstrate excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills as they will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the organization’s staff.

The successful applicant will be expected to create effective strategies to improve operational efficiency, provide support to subordinates, identify any training needs and handle any personnel issues in a professional manner. They must adhere to safety standards and ensure that all staff are following them correctly. Furthermore, this individual should be able to effectively manage projects and resources as well as evaluate performance of subordinates.
