We are seeking a Supervisor for our Al-Kuwait office. The successful candidate will have the responsibility of managing and overseeing employees and ensuring that the workflow is efficient and productive.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent organizational and communication skills. They should be able to work with a range of people, both internally and externally, in order to create a harmonious working environment. Additionally, they should be independent, self-motivated, and able to take initiative.

The ideal candidate should have at least two years of experience in a similar role in order to demonstrate their ability to lead a team of people. They should be familiar with coordinating tasks, delegating duties, and setting deadlines. The successful candidate must also possess an understanding of industry regulations as well as safety protocols for the workplace environment.

This position requires the successful candidate to have the ability to make decisions quickly under pressure in order to ensure smooth operations. They must also be able to provide feedback and constructive criticism when needed, while maintaining a positive attitude towards employees.
