We are currently looking for an Office Assistant in Abu-Dhabi to join our team. This position offers a salary of 1000 and is open to foreign applicants.
The Office Assistant is responsible for providing administrative, clerical, and organizational support to all departments within the organization. The ideal candidate must be highly organized, reliable, and have excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
• Answer phone calls, transfer calls, answer inquiries, provide information and take messages
• Greet visitors and customers in a professional manner
• Arrange and coordinate meetings with internal departments or external clients
• Maintain office supplies by ordering items as needed
• Monitor office expenses by collecting payments or accounts receivable records
• Perform data entry tasks when required
• Participate in projects assigned by management or other departments
• Perform other duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 1 year of related experience in an office setting
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize work assignments and work independently with minimal supervision
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
