The ideal candidate should have at least three years of teaching experience and possess the ability to communicate effectively with students and other teachers. The successful candidate should have strong discipline skills, be well organized, and have excellent communication abilities. They should also be creative with the ability to think outside the box when it comes to teaching methods and materials. The successful Teacher must be able to plan lessons according to curriculum requirements in order to help our students reach their educational goals. Furthermore, they should have good classroom management skills with the ability to recognize different learning styles among students, as well as provide feedback on student’s progress regularly.
