We are looking for a reliable, experienced Salesman to join our growing team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and customer service skills. They should also be able to think on their feet and be able to work independently.
The job of Salesman is to work with customers to identify their needs and help them find the best solution for their needs. They must be knowledgeable about the products they are selling and have the ability to explain them clearly and concisely. In addition, they must have a good understanding of customer service standards.
Responsibilities:
-Greet customers in a friendly manner
-Explain product features and benefits
-Identify customer’s needs
-Conduct market research on potential markets
-Maintain accurate records of all sales transactions
-Provide feedback on customer’s satisfaction with products
-Develop promotional materials for products
-Manage inventory by tracking sales trends
-Assist in developing marketing plans for new products or services
-Handle customer complaints professionally and courteously.
Qualifications:
-Previous experience in a sales role is preferred but not required
-Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
-Ability to think critically and problem solve
-Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi task
-Proficient with computer programs such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
