The ideal candidate will have a degree in Physician Assistant Studies from an accredited university, as well as current certification from the appropriate licensing board. They must possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently. They should also be comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
