Job Summary
We are looking for a professional Sales Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. We have an exciting opportunity for a driven and motivated individual who is looking for a role with unlimited potential for growth. This position will be responsible for creating, implementing and managing sales strategies to achieve the company’s sales targets. The ideal candidate should be able to interact effectively with clients and present our products in an innovative way.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Developing sales plans, setting goals and objectives that align with the company’s strategy
• Researching markets, competitors and customer needs to identify new opportunities
• Creating campaigns to generate leads
• Negotiating and closing deals with customers
• Ensuring customer satisfaction through continuous follow-up
• Keeping up to date with product developments related to the industry
• Providing timely feedback on customer requests, product performance, market conditions and competitor activities
• Working closely with other teams such as marketing, operations and product development to ensure successful launch of products
• Monitoring performance metrics such as sales volume, revenue targets, cost management etc.
Qualifications and Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
• Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the Middle East region
• Excellent interpersonal skills including verbal communication, negotiation and influential abilities
• Strong analytical skills including financial analysis
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Knowledge of the local market conditions is preferred
• Ability to understand customer needs, identify opportunities and offer solutions
