You will manage our housekeeping department and will be responsible for its effective performance. You should have great organizational and interpersonal skills, as well as an eye for detail to ensure that our hotel is kept in top condition. The position is open to immigrants with the salary of 1100. Needs for the Candidate: The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as strong leadership qualities. They should also have an eye for detail to ensure that all areas of the hotel are kept clean and tidy. Additionally, they should be able to work with a team of housekeepers and coordinate their activities in order to achieve desired results within deadlines. Duties: • Ensure that all areas of the hotel are kept clean and tidy on a daily basis • Develop strategies to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness while reducing costs where possible • Monitor staff performance and provide guidance or training when needed • Oversee laundry operations, ensuring that all linens are properly cleaned and stored correctly • Maintain inventories of cleaning supplies and equipment, ordering new items when necessary • Ensure that health and safety regulations are followed at all times • Handle customer complaints or inquiries related to housekeeping matters • Liaise with other departments in order to coordinate housekeeping activities Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred • Proven experience as a Housekeeping Manager or similar role • Understanding of cleaning chemicals, safety procedures, and proper use of equipment • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail • Outstanding communication abilities
