Land surveyor in Al-Kuwait, Kuwait requirements, job responsibilities, and qualifications. Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Land Surveyor to work in Al-Kuwait on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for surveying land and other sites to create detailed maps and plans. The position is available immediately with a salary of 1500KD per month. We are open to considering foreign applicants for the role. Requirements: The ideal candidate for this role should have at least 1 year of experience as a land surveyor, excellent attention to detail, good maths skills and the ability to read and interpret plans accurately. Proficiency in computer programs such as AutoCAD is desirable but not essential. Job Responsibilities: The primary responsibility of the Land Surveyor will be to conduct surveys using specialist equipment such as GPS or Total station in order to create detailed maps and plans of buildings and land plots. This will require travelling to various sites, mapping the layout accurately, taking measurements and making notes of any special features or changes that have occurred since the last survey was taken. The successful applicant may also be required to take part in legal proceedings related to land disputes or boundary identification issues. Qualifications: A degree in Land Surveying or a related subject is essential for this role. Knowledge of relevant software such as AutoCAD is highly desirable but not essential. Good maths skills are also essential for this role, as well as strong communication skills, problem solving abilities and excellent attention to detail.
