Instrument Technician in Al-Kuwait, Kuwait Instrument Technician We are looking for an experienced Instrument Technician to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, troubleshooting, and repairing instrumentation systems and equipment. They must possess a great deal of technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and an in-depth understanding of various electrical systems and components. The successful candidate should also be able to understand complex drawings and diagrams. Key Responsibilities: • Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair instrumentation systems and equipment • Analyze complex drawings and diagrams to identify errors or discrepancies • Test instrumentation systems for accuracy and functionality • Monitor system performance to ensure optimal operation • Perform preventative maintenance on equipment as needed • Troubleshoot any problems that arise during installation or operation of instrumentation systems • Keep detailed logs of work performed on each system • Communicate with customers regarding issues or repairs required Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field is preferred but not required • A minimum of five years’ experience working as an Instrument Technician • Knowledge of PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers) is preferred but not required • Ability to read complex drawings and diagrams • Solid understanding of electrical concepts such as voltage, current, resistance etc. • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think quickly under pressure We are open to considering candidates who are immigrants.
