Job Summary
We are looking for an Office Assistant to join our team in Sharjah. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the office staff, helping with everyday tasks, and ensuring that daily operations run smoothly. This role also involves greeting visitors, answering incoming calls, and responding to customer inquiries.
Job Responsibilities
The Office Assistant will be responsible for coordinating office activities and managing schedules of the staff. The individual must have excellent communication skills in order to effectively interact with clients and colleagues. Moreover, the successful candidate should have the ability to work independently as well as within a team. Other responsibilities include but are not limited to: preparing documents; filing paperwork; photocopying/scanning documents; keeping the reception area tidy; running errands; ordering office supplies; and performing other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
• Experience working in an office setting preferred but not required
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to multi-task while meeting deadlines
• Openness towards learning new software programs
• Willingness to commit for at least one year
