As a Supervisor, you will be expected to monitor staff performance, resolve any issues that may arise, and motivate employees to reach their performance goals. You will also be responsible for scheduling shifts, overseeing inventory management, ensuring customer satisfaction, and ensuring compliance with safety standards.
