We are looking for a passionate Restaurant Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be able to work in an exciting and dynamic environment with a salary of 900 per month. We are open to considering candidates from outside the country for this position.

The Restaurant Manager’s job duties and responsibilities include overseeing daily operations of the restaurant, creating and implementing marketing strategies to boost sales, managing inventory levels and costs control, supervising staff members including hiring and training new ones as needed, ensuring compliance with health codes regulations suitable for restaurant operations. Additionally they will be responsible for developing customer loyalty programs to ensure repeat business.

In order to excel in this role the ideal candidate should possess excellent leadership abilities as well as strong organizational skills. They should have a thorough knowledge of food service industry best practices and a good understanding of customer service principles. They should also have excellent communication skills both verbal and written with an ability to create reports on a regular basis. A degree in hospitality management or equivalent experience is a must for this position.
