We are looking for an experienced and talented Recruiter to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full cycle of recruitment activities, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to onboarding new hires.

The ideal candidate should have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as extensive knowledge in the latest recruitment trends and technologies. They should be highly organized, able to multitask, and be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. The ability to negotiate salaries is also important.

The successful applicant will be expected to source suitable candidates through multiple channels including job boards, social media platforms, and other sources. They will coordinate with hiring managers to discuss job requirements and create job descriptions for open roles. The recruiter will also conduct preliminary interviews with potential candidates and assess their qualifications. They will also provide feedback on various recruitment activities such as career fairs, networking events, college recruiting initiatives etc.

Additionally, the Recruiter will ensure compliance with all applicable HR laws, policies and procedures while handling sensitive employee information in a confidential manner. This position offers a salary of 1500 AED per month and we are open to considering foreign applicants for this role.
